Headphone Cushion for Bose QuietComfort 45 (QC45) Over-Ear Headphones | Ear Pads with Softer Protein Leather, Noise Isolation Memory Foam

I purchased these cushions on Amazon because of a positive experience I had when I bought from crysendo previously but I now feel like I just poured my money into the drain.
These do not have the softness of the originals and feel comparatively stiffer. I did not feel like they used memory foam in the earpads. The other thing is that the packaging quality is very poor. They just put the earpads in a ziplock cover and not in a cardboard box. So, if you are unlucky, I feel like one might receive the earpads completely pressed flat depending on how they are transported. Secondly, the spudger that I received was broken near the tip upon delivery and was unusable. Luckily I was able to replace the earpads without the spudger, so it worked out. Also, for the dust covers, I think the placement of adhesive was a bit off as it crosses a ridge, so it might not stick well, so, one needs to press multiple times thoroughly or reposition them to avoid the ridge.
This was the exact same review I wrote for the product on Amazon. Then crysendo replied asking me to contact their support which I did and the support said that they'll get back to me soon. Guess what, it's been more than a month since I contacted them and there was no response until now. They quietly took down the product listing from Amazon, but they are still selling the same product on Flipkart and their own website. I noticed today that the earpads have already starting falling apart. It's been less than two months and the foam already visible outside because of the leather falling apart. I have used much cheaper cushions which lasted longer than an year.
I regret buying from them and recommend you to avoid this brand. There are better products out there which actually last longer.
