I did not receive my confirmation email. What can I do?
Most of the time this happens because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available. Please make sure to always check the spam folder if you did not receive the confirmation email. If you believe you may have entered an incorrect email address please contact us at hello@crysendo.com and we will fix it for you.

When can I expect to receive my shipment?
Once your order is successfully submitted, it will be processed in up to 24 working hours. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on delivery region and on circumstances like countrywide restrictions, distance, local holidays or any other factors outside our control. External factors are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask you for your patience and understanding when they do.

How can I cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting us at hello@crysendo.com.
We will reimburse you no later than 3 days from the day on which you cancelled your order. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returns

  • Return Eligibility:
  1. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. If you received the wrong product, a defective product, or a missing item, your return will be accepted.
  3. In case you are dissatisfied with the product's quality or you want to return the product without any mistake from the company's end, you will have to courier the product back to us, and we will accept the return.
  4. The item should be unworn or unused.
  5. It must have all original tags and packaging.
  6. You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

What can I do if there are missing or incorrect items when my order arrives?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at hello@crysendo.com. Please quote your order number and provide us with proof - a picture of the incorrect items will suffice (max 1MB image size). We will be more than happy to reship the correct items with no extra cost and we will not ask for you to return the item that was wrongly sent! You may keep it as a gift from us.

What can I do if my package gets lost?
Please contact our Customer Support Department at hello@crysendo.com to inform us that you did not receive the package. We will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, and we will refund your money or resend the items.

How can I change my shipping address?
Change of address is allowed no later than 2 hours after placing an order. You can contact us at hello@crysendo.com to update your info.
